We are planning to deploy Apps for all the users who use generic reports and dashboards.
We are wondering when we publish an App is there any we can restrict access/visibility within the App ?
We created 4 reports for HR function and we published an App with all reports in them.
Lets say there are two HR members how have access to the App , now HR-1 should only see 2 reports in App and HR-2 should be able to see all reports.
Is there any way we can achieve this ?
I haven't found any setting to give selective access to each report inside the App.

@mohan_k_d Yes, it is possible. you may have to have different workspaces.

@mohan_k_d You cannot conditionally set visibility of reports based on the user. The option you have is to create two different apps and publish them to relevant users.
Hi @Fowmy ,
