Hello, I have inherited a PowerBI environment and I am fairly new to this complete set of tooling. We have a workspace whre I can see multiple dashboards, reports and datasets published online. I see the members of this workspace (being a member or admin) being limited to 5 particular persons. Now, I created a last usage report over the entire workspace showing me the latest usage of all reports, and I find people who have accessed certain reports, but they are NOT a current member of the workspace. I see they have accessed this report a couple of days ago, and I am 100% sure that specific user wasn't a member of the workspace. I am really curious how this person got access to this report, as he wasn't a member or admin of the workspace. Can anybody explain to me how this could have happened? Regards, Norman
