Hi All,
I have a O365 subscription which has PBI reports collated in to Apps and I need to be able to transfer these to a client PBI environment on another O365 subscription. The client IT has set me up as a Guest user in their AAD with the
Power Platform Admin role.
When logging into PBI.com, I select the Sign-in Options, add the Client AAD domain ********.onmicrosoft.com, then sign-in against my AAD. When I land in app.PBI.com, I still see my O365 workspaces and I cannot find how to create workspaces in my client's O365 subscription.
Can anyone explain what I'm doing wrong here please?
Thanks in advance!

Hi. I think there might some considerations and limitations to check first for the tenant.
One of those specify: "By default, external Azure AD B2B limits guests to consumption of content only. External Azure AD B2B guests can view apps, dashboards, reports, and export data. They can't access workspaces or publish their own content. "
You can ask for that here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-admin-portal#allow-external-guest-users-to-e...
Make sure that the limitations first and then ask for those settings.
I hope that helps,
