Access app workspace to B2b users

anyone know the process of sharing the app workspace to the external business users who is having the email of different domain .

Users of external world will be able to see the reprots published to prod workspace . I am able to share the reports to internal organization but for external users what is the process . Like i have 1500 external users where i cannot use the share option of reports where it has be bookmarked and i have 50 reports as part of prod workspace . can you let me know the steps for it?.

If i add the members in below process will i able to collabarate with external users?.

Based on my research, I am afraid you could not add external user to your app workspace, I suggest you could share an app with your external user:

@v-danhe-msft : then external user will not have access for edit the workspace ?. can you please do some more research on this. I alread read the thread .can you please do some more research and let me know

Hi @Anonymous,

What could you want to know? The external user could not be added into your app workspace, so they also could not have access to edit the workspace, if you want to shrae the report or dashboard in your app workspace to external user, you could try to create an app(reference:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-create-distribute-apps) and share to external user(

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-admin-azure-ad-b2b#ad-hoc-invites), and the external user also could not have the access to edit the content in the app you have shared.
