Access Web Content with only an Organizational Account

Hello,

I have a PBIX that uses multiple datasources SQL Server and web content, Excel spreadsheet residing in Sharepoint. I am able to refresh the data in the Excel spreadsheet in PowerBI Desktop by logging into my Organizational account. When I publish my PBIX to the PowerBI service on the web and try to setup a Scheduled Refresh, I get a message that my credentials are invalid for the web content. I click on "Edit credentials..", select OAuth2 from the dropdown, select my account and then get the following message,"Failed to update data source credentials: Credentials are required to connect to the Web source. (Source at https://abc123.sharepoint.com/sites/E/Shared%20Documents/General/Reports/Del%20Imp%20Es.xlsx.)Hide details".

Does someone have a solution to my problem?

Thank you in advance for any and all help!!

Hi Frank,

Once I cleared the cache I was able to enter my credentials and they were accepted. Issue gone!
