About timeout on update

I imported 30 tables with 3 million rows from the SQL database using Power BI Desktop.
But, updating the dataset with Power BI Service causes a timeout.
I deleted tables and columns that I do not need, but timeouts still occur.
Is there any good solution?

Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please check below information:

1. Check the status of Gateway and credentials from the Settings of the Service.

2. Check the status of refresh history if the time duration is about 2 hours.

3. Check the size of the dataset and the quality of the bandwidth.

4. If they are all fine, please create a support ticket here: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/.

Hi @henriquesilveir ,

Thank you for answering.
But what I am having problems is that updating the dataset with Power BI Service will take over 120 minutes.

P.S My native language is Japanese so I used translation tools. I am sorry if it is unnatural sentences.
