I was asked to change my password and then I got this recurring bug message:

AADSTS90056: This endpoint only accepts POST requests. Received a GET request.

Now I am not sure how to sign me in again and change the PW

Do you mean change the change password of your powerbi account? If so, please use the following link to request a password reset:

https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/

If you are told that your account is not enabled for password reset, you will need to contact your Office 365 administrator.
