I have two users experiencing issues when trying to activate their 12 month pro licence trial & I have been trying to gain some clarification and a resolution for them:
They meet all the criteria for the 12 month extended trial.
They received the notification for the 12 month trial.
They clicked on the Activation button within the notification.
They were still unable to view our Dashboard & could still see the alert telling them that they'd need to upgrade in order to view the Dashboard.
The Notification has disappeared from the Notification Centre.
The only option they are now presented with are for the 60 day trial.
Please can someone help?

For those two users who are unable to share Dashboardto, please check their license on Manage Storage on service site to see whether it shows Pro Trial or Free.
If they have activated their 12 month pro licence trial, the license has shown Pro Trial, but still unable to share dashboard, this is a known issue. And product team is working on the fix. Appreciate for your patience.
