userprincipalname() returning Server Name

We have implemented row-level security in a dashboard.
The tables are working fine, but when we publish the dashboard in Report Server the row-level security does not work.

I created a measure just for testing User = userprincipalname() and I saw that the function does not return the user, but instead the Server Name. The function works fine when editing .pbix file.

Also the Row Revel Security in Manage is greyed out and I can not click.

@FarhanAhmed  Thank You for your answer.
I managed to fix the issue for the row level security by checking the tickbox Log in using these credentials, but then try to impersonate the user viewing the report in Manage -> Data sources the Report Server.

Now the function shows the user that is viewing the dashboard.

Hi,

Can you please share the screenshot of the issue?

Also, make sure that you have roles created under Manage Roles
