I am trying to connect to Sell Intel (Formerly Quosal BI) this is our CRM called connectwise

Following instructions I was able to download the PBIT file.  Next step was to Access Web content using Basic

https://polygongrouop.quosalsell.com

I was then supposed to get a Access Web content screen to enter my credentials for connectwise; but I am getting an error before getting to the point.

Instructions state:

How to Download Sell Default Report Template
1. Navigate to https://iicususwwsa01.blob.core.wind...CW%20Sell.pbit and the file will automatically download
to your computer.
2. Open the .pbit file and run through the installation process.
3. Under Access Web Content in the left side pane, select Basic.
4. Enter your Sell access key and username in the User name field. For example, if your Sell instance is
https://mycompany.quosalsell.com then your access key is mycompany. You would enter mycompany +
yourusername in the Username field.

5. Enter your Sell password in the Password field.
6. Click Connect.
7. Click on the Home tab and select Refresh.

When I enter https://polygongroup.quosalsell.com under Get Data/Web this is the error message that appears:

Datasource error

web.browser.contents currently supports only anonymous credentials

Which doesn't make sense if I am trying to log into my account in CW.

Is there another location to get to the Access Web Content?
