schedule but it keeps failing when im not logging into my computer

I have a question about Power Bi. My Data is coming from a excel spread sheet that the engineers are up dating on share Point.  I have set up a refresh schedule but it keeps failing when im not logging into my computer.  I have put in my credentials.
