"oops, something went wrong" when viewing reports in Onprem Power BI Report Server

I have an onprem Power BI Report Server configured with an active SSAS instance.

Can create reports using Power BI Desktop and save reports to the BI Server.

When trying to view the saved report I get "oops, something went wrong unable to load report"

<Product>Report Server Version 2017.0140.0600.301 ((BI_Server_Current).170708-0426)</Product>

I have checked all permissions on both the Power BI report server and SSAS. Even given full admin access to the accounts and still nothing. Tried using the Service account as the logged on user but that fails to display the report.

In the Power BI logs I see the following each time:

ERROR|12|Error occurred while retrieving pbix file from Portal. Status Code: Forbidden, Message: | RequestID = 3e3578dd-2d46-24c0-24ec-87b314f70822 ClientSessionID = 10108009-7c7f-aa01-16a6-91b4b197a0cd
|INFO|12|Sending response. Response code XX\XXXXXX 403, Elapsed time 0:00:00.0159805| RequestID = 3e3578dd-2d46-24c0-24ec-87b314f70822 ClientSessionID = 10108009-7c7f-aa01-16a6-91b4b197a0cd

I have the Power BI report server service and the SSAS service configured with a domain account.

Followed https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/reportserver-configure-kerberos-powerbi-reports/ to ensure that SPN is configured correctly.

I see when restarting the service in the logs it sees the SPN for the service account and constrained delagation.

I took traces on the domain controller and I see the following error:

KDC_ERR_BADOPTION(13)

KRB_TGS_ERROR, KDC_ERR_BADOPTION: KDC cannot accommodate requested option, Cname: nothing, Realm: xx.xx.xxx, Sname: HTTP/xx.xxxxxx.xxxx

Sometimes in the RSPortal log I see:

RSPortal!reportserverwebapp!RSPortal.exe!a9!10/04/2017-16:07:12:: i INFO: Received request NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON POST /api/v2.0/CatalogItems%2812f63665-b0cb-44b7-bdbc-650172374147%29/Model.CatalogItem/Model.GetContentTrusted | RequestID = 3e3578dd-2d46-24c0-24ec-87b314f70822 ClientSessionID = 10108009-7c7f-aa01-16a6-91b4b197a0cd

Any help would be appreciated.
