I have an onprem Power BI Report Server configured with an active SSAS instance.
Can create reports using Power BI Desktop and save reports to the BI Server.
When trying to view the saved report I get "oops, something went wrong unable to load report"

I have checked all permissions on both the Power BI report server and SSAS. Even given full admin access to the accounts and still nothing. Tried using the Service account as the logged on user but that fails to display the report.
In the Power BI logs I see the following each time:

I have the Power BI report server service and the SSAS service configured with a domain account.
Followed https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/reportserver-configure-kerberos-powerbi-reports/ to ensure that SPN is configured correctly.
I see when restarting the service in the logs it sees the SPN for the service account and constrained delagation.
I took traces on the domain controller and I see the following error:
KDC_ERR_BADOPTION(13)
KRB_TGS_ERROR, KDC_ERR_BADOPTION: KDC cannot accommodate requested option, Cname: nothing, Realm: xx.xx.xxx, Sname: HTTP/xx.xxxxxx.xxxx
Sometimes in the RSPortal log I see:
