Hi Using Power BI Most current Version

New to power bi learn DAX formula. How would you wright a DAX Formula to do the following..

Column A RAG Status

Column B Start Date

Column C End Date

Column D Duration B-C

so if the Rag in column A is Blue then return in a new column 100% other wise if the Rag in column A is either Red or Amber then (workout). Today's date less the start date column B / by the Duration in column D and express as a percentage.
