power BI report server licensing inquiry

Hello, all.

I have a question regarding the report server and the licensing.

I would appreciate if you can answer them.

Q1) my company owns a SQL server 2104 Enterprise Edition and want to establish a PBIRS(Power BI Report Server).

Do we need to buy additional license(pro, premium, etc) to operate the PBIRS?

Q2) Can we manage the PBIRS and SQL server seperately?
