not allowed to send or save the files with the file extension of the url

Hi all,

We have installed On-premises PowerBI Report Server(Update January 2019 ).

When we are trying to save .url files in web portal, we are getting below error:

Is not allowed to send or save the files with the file extension of the url.

I could save .url in web portal in previous update(August 2018)

Could you please provide fix for this?
