migrate from power bi report server on prem to power bi services

  We are looking to migrate from Power BI RS on Prem to Power BI Services.  Any pointers on this? Appreciate any experience/knowledge sharing

Thanks @v-yulgu-msft that helps to compare the differences. Is it also a easy migration to move from PBIRS to service? are there migration tools that are provided? I came across some articles about migrating SSRS to Service. Is it the same steps to move PBIRS to service?
