Way to login credential already logined to another application

Hi All,

For example, if I logged into another third party application with my account but computer application executed and I logged into is belong to another person. At this moment, I need to login to Report server portal with my account, still it's another's computer.

Is there a way to make RS accessible with account information logged in to a specific application? If so, what should I do? If it is not possible by the method currently provided, is it possible through development?
