Users from a second AD domain cannot access Power BI server reports

We have users in two windows AD domains trying to access Power BI server Reports that connect to a server located in one of the domains. Only users who are in the same Windows AD domain as the server seem to be able to access it.

I got error message once trying to open any report by any users from the second domain

Note: We have a two way trust relationship between the two domians

I'd also like to know if this is possible. We are using ADFS and the resources I've found online all tend to lean towards yes however it is all mobile related and requires WIN SERVER 2016.

I simply have some users that are outside of the domain of the report server that can authenticate but will be logged into a computer that is outside of the domain.
