Unable to see reports but able to see the Portal

Hi all:

I just installed Power Bi Report Server and users are able to explore through the portal website (https://myserver.domain/Reports/browse/ ) but not able to see the reports. It prompts credentials when a user try to access the https://myserver.domain/ReportServer url (401 Unauthorized error). I already gave permissions to folder and power bi level, but the only user that is able to see the reports displayed is my user (that is admin on the server also).

Any idea of what is happening?

Thank you

Rob

Hi !

If You have services on different hosts maybe u need to configure SPNs.
More info here:
https://docs.microsoft.com/pl-pl/power-bi/report-server/configure-kerberos-powerbi-reports

Hi:

I`m using a report without any data connection. Is the render of the report that the users doesn`t have access to.

Rob

So what account are u using?

They are using the same Domain\ServiceAccount  and is located everything in one server only.
