After the Jan 2019 Report Server updates the following things no longer work properly:
1. Saving from Power BI Desktop (Jan 2019 edition which matches the version of Power BI Report Server) gives the following error:
"An error occurred while attempting to save the report to Power BI Report Server"
Examining the logs I see this repeated many times:
