Hi,
We have a single-tier Power BI report server installed which is running under a virtual service account. For some reason users are not able to schedule reports, the user do have the system administrator and content manager role.
They are able to upload a report but when it comes to creating or updating schedules it states the message:
"An error has occurred.
Something went wrong. Please try again later."
The logfile states the folowing:
"2019-08-01 13:52:31.1139|ERROR|25|OData exception occurred: System.Net.WebException: The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.

When adding the users to the local admin group on the server (BUILTIN\Administrators) scheduling works as expected. But the point is, we don't want to make every report developer/author server admin.
I have tried all authentication types in the config file but really dont know where to look for atm.
