The Report Data do not Display in the Power BI Brawser.

Dear All,

I need some help. I set up Power BI Report Server On premises, and Power BI desktop Optimized version June 2017. All te components, the SQL Data Base Engine, Analysis Server (SSAS), and POwer BI Report Server are intall in the same machine. that runs on Windows Server 2012 R2. I am able to upload reports and visualize the report in the browser localy and from a remote computer as far as I loging using the Power BI Report Server administraror account. However, when another user (client) try to visualize the reports the reports show the error:

It seems that the user do not have access to the data source. I have created the user in the Site Setting and Manage Folder of the browser. I have setup the report to use the Administrator credentials when login into the data source.  I opened port 80 and added the site to the trusted site list. I have gone througth all the articules, but I am stuck here. Can some one help.

Thank you,

Adding more information to this topic. The the PBI Report Server was setup using Integrated Securify, and the reports have been setup to impersonate the user using the Admin Credentials; however, when I check the logs for the PBI Report Server the information is as follow:

2017-10-19 12:22:46.8775|ERROR|94|Failure in conceptualschema| RequestID = 421658bb-3a44-e511-af00-ff289aba1946 ClientSessionID = 5c6a5d97-4083-4291-ad29-b2ec7b237099 Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.CannotRetrieveModelException: An error occurred while loading the model for the item or data source 'EntityDataSource'. Verify that the connection information is correct and that you have permissions to access the data source. ---> Microsoft.AnalysisServices.AdomdClient.AdomdErrorResponseException: Either the user, 'INTERAMERICAN\jjerez', does not have access to the 'MultidimensionalProject1' database, or the database does not exist.
2017-10-19 12:22:46.8775|INFO|85|Sending response. Response code INTERAMERICAN\jjerez 200, Elapsed time 0:00:00.6207624| RequestID = 421658bb-3a44-e511-af00-ff289aba1946 ClientSessionID = 5c6a5d97-4083-4291-ad29-b2ec7b237099

SO this sudgest that the external user account INTERAMERICAN\jjerez, do not have acces to 'MultidimensionalProject1'. It is like the impersonation setup in the report Item is not actually working.

ANY SUDGESTION???? THANK YOU!!!

Problem solved, no need to answer. When you go to the report item in the portal, and click (...), them Manage, them Data source, if you check the box  - Log in using these credentials, but then try to impersonate the user viewing the report -. The Analysis Server denied access to the cube. So when you setup admin credentials to impersonate the user, do not check that box. At lest in my didn't work as expected. Once I uncheck the box, the final user was able to load data and visualize the report in the browser.
