Hi all,
I am experiencing that some users (1-2% og my company) cannot see certain visuals imported from the 'visuals store'. They are simply just not shown.
Had anyone else encountered this issue and have a fix?
Sometimes it is due to Proxy and Internet connection for indiviual users.
Kindly check if they have proper internet connection and Proxy that is not stopping them to import those visuals.

Thanks for the quick reply! There seems to be no difference in the internet setup for the affected users and we do not use a Proxy.
Can it be something in their browser settings?
Yes, you may also check the browser settings between 2 systems. But mostly our users faced these issues due to proxy settings.
