SharePoint Refresh - Failure

Hi, i have an report which data source is share point. Since last Friday the dataset is not able of refrashing. (In both cases at service and at desktop). I have an error message attached. Can somebody assist me to resolve this problem?

Hello Ritaf,

Currently the unique solution is to convert your source files in the format you are working, 64 bits or 32 bits. ( if they are .xls to .xlxs etc)

Hello,

At least the version desktop you will need to download the Acess DataBase 64 bits.

I have currently the same problem trying to refresh the data from the service. When I found out how to solve it I will let you know.
