We have the refresh scheduled and the last run and status indicate that the refresh was successful. When clicking refresh now, sometimes it does not start until after the second click. Is there something I am missing here?
Do you mean scheduled refresh doesn't work or clicking refresh button manually doesn't work? Is it an intermittent problem to some specific reports or to all reports?
Can you change a different browser for a test? Also, restart your Power BI Report Server service and try again.
Hitting refresh now doesn't immediately start the refresh, it fires an event that starts the refresh, you just have to be a tad patient.
