Hello,
One of our departments is having issues since we've updated to the May 2020 release of PBI RS. If they replace a report (by saving an updated report to the report server), the report will break after the next scheduled refresh. The error shown when attempting to access the report at that time is:
"An unexpected error occurred... We couldn't connect to the Analysis Services server. Make sure you've entered the connection string correctly".
If the report is downloaded, deleted, and re-uploaded, then the scheduled refresh works just fine. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
Any ideas or tips? Thanks!

Can you confirm you are using the latest version available of the May release? The latest version available is 15.0.1103.234 published on 6/30 and it addressed an issue very similar to the one you describe.

No, we are running 15.0.1103.227 (May 2020) - which we installed when the May 2020 release had originally come out. I was not aware that there was a reposting.
Could you let me know what I can subscribe to receive notifications of repostings?
Thanks!
