SQL server 2014 EE with SA sufficient for Power BI Report Server

Hi All,

My customer uses a SQL server 2014 Enterprise Edition with SA. Now they want to install a PBIRS (Power BI Report Server). Do they need to migrate to SQL server 2016/2017 prior to this installation or are they good to go with their current setup/licence ?

Thnx in advance,

Cees
