Result of scheduled data refresh displays wrong values

Result of scheduled data refresh displays wrong values. The source document (excel file) in Sharepoint comes from a Microsoft Flow.

 

However, when manually opening the source document and saving it, the refresh works and correct values are shown.

 

Why does the scheduled data refresh show wrong values? And how come that the refresh is said to have been successfully completed?
