Reports can't be loaded after upgrade to Jan 2019 Power BI report server

We just upgraded our on premise Power BI report server to Jan 2019 from March 2018 yesterday.

Today, we found that

• our reports can only be loaded with IE or Edge.
• Some of the users can load the reports with Firefox, some can't with the same Firefox 32-bit v60.5.0esr in Windows 10.
• We got errors when using Chrome Version 72.0.3626.81 (Official Build) (64-bit)
  

Any ideas?

Have you tried clearing browser cache? I know that was an issue at one point when updating the server

You are right. After clearing brower cache, reports are loaded.  Thanks for the suggestion.
