I want to publish some company reports to the company Sharepoint site, to view the report on SharePoint does every user have to hold a Power BI license?

Hi @swhistance ,
If you publish Power BI reports to Power BI Report Server, you need a Power BI Pro license. You don't need a Power BI Pro license to view and interact with Power BI reports on Power BI Report Server.
But for Embed in SharePoint Online reports to work, the following is required:
The Power BI web part for SharePoint Online requires Modern Pages.
To consume an embedded report, users must sign in to Power BI service to activate their Power BI license.
Users need a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license, unless the report is hosted in a Power BI Premium capacity (EM or P SKU). In that case, users only need a free Power BI license to view reports embedded in Sharepoint Online.
Hope it helps,

Hi everyone,
when I am trying to visualize the below message will pop up.
Map and filled map visuals are disabled
To fix this, ask your tenant admin to enable map and filled map visuals in the admin portal.

For Power BI Report Server reports, no. Only the published or reports requires Power BI Pro license.
Important Note: Please always discuss your license questions with your Microsoft Account Representative. Each organization is different and may have different nuances that only your account rep would know better.
