Report Server: How to publish a report to the internet?

Currently I am using Power BI Report Server (September 2021) - which is the on-premise version of Power BI. I used Power BI Desktop - Optimized for report server to save my report. I can view it on the Report Server Web Portal at the moment.

How do I publish my report on the Power BI Report Server to the internet? Can someone please send a step by step guide on how to acheive this?

It depends on what you mean by "publish to the internet". 

Do you want the whole internet to have access to this report (so allowing anonymous access) or just selected people/groups?

Is this for all reports or just one?
