Report Data is empty/blank

1. Created a Data Source - a class using the Data Sources Pane

2. Report Data was empty except a plus button which I think is the add data source, missing data source folder where I wanted to right click and add data source created in step 1, 

3. I had to drop a table to select a data source 1.

4. after restarting VS 2019 the Data Sources pane forgot the data source I added, Report Data is empty/black or white window

Which product are you using? Power BI Report Builder?

If so, it is needed to "Add Dataset" after "Add Data Source".  And then, you can use the data.

If not, please share us more details. It is best to provide some screenshots.

Also the Data Sorces dissapear from the pane after a VS restart

Another issue I have is that if a select my table in the designer and click F4 Properties window is empty
I installed SSDT and Microsoft RDLC ReportDesigner from Marketplace
I do not see a Report menu item in VS 2019
