I want to upload an image file on PBIRS and provide its path in SSRS report image item property so that it would read the image and display when uploaded on the portal. Is this someting acheiveable? Please suggest. Thank you
Yes, this works fine. You just upload your image, then click on it and then copy the url and use in your ssrs/paginated report as an "external" image.
Note you end up with a url that looks like the following
http://localhost/reports/api/v2.0/Resources(972bb8bd-d9b9-46da-ab85-f0b66db0efed)/Content/$value
