Published Maps do not show The Bahamas and Syria

Hi All, I'm seeing a strange problem with the standard Map visual in Power BI.

Power BI Desktop (Sept 2019 version) - The map shows The Bahamas but does not show Syria.

Published Report on Power BI On Premise Server (Sept 2019) - The map does not show The Bahamas and Syria.

Has anyone seen this problem before? Other countries seem to show ok.
