You can save the file locally instead of directly to the server. Then upload the report via the properties section on the report server where the report is saved .

Thanks for the responce
but everything worked fine since last weekm, and I doubt that the problem is related to pbI service Version.
and data model is pretty small so i don't think size of the model is the problem for second error
