Publish Power BI Report on Azure

I was trying to find this solution but I believe those are when Power BI Embedded was exist.  

Can anyone please help me with the latest approach of hosting Power BI reports / dashboard on Azure?  Any video would be appreciated.

Morever, why it is so complecated to do this?
