Problems with publishing in RS

Good afternoon, I have a problem publishing my reports on the PowerBI server, whenever I try to access it I get the following message:

You are not allowed to save to this folder.

Has anyone had this problem?

Since, I always have to enter a login and password to access the portal

You are looking in the Site Settings, you need to click on the "Manage Folder" option instead

Then you will get the option to add yourself as a user in that folder and set yourself as a publisher or content manager.

I can't see this option, by the way, nor create a user
