PowerBI report server installation error

Hi,

 

While reinstalling PowerBI May 2020 we are getting the below error in the event log. Can anybody help?

Try uninstall the current version, and it is recommend to always use the newest 2021 Jan version.

From the error it appears there is possibly a bad XML file somewhere.  Is this a new install or an upgrade?  I see you say "reinstall".
