Power Bi Report Server September 2019 Unexpected filter pane Showing

Hi Good Morning guys,

I have updated Power BI Report Server to September 2019 from August 2018

I am facing a unexpected issue, on all report when i open it on report server portal it shows me a filter as shown in attached image

This filter is same for all reports. And values in that filter are not related to report. 

On some machines\browsers its appearing but on other its not appearing
For Example: On my PC it appearing when open report server portal in google chrom but when i open it in IE its not appearing.
For some other users on IE its appearing but in google chrom its not appearing.

Can Some help to rmove this red boxed area in attached image?

This is possibly just an issue with some cached resources in Chrome. Try refreshing the browser cache and see if that fixes this. https://clear-my-cache.com/en/windows/google-chrome.html
