A Power BI Server (V14.0.600.301) is installed on Windows Server 2012 R2 with intranet testing fine i.e authentication and authorization.
Then move on to internet testing and put the server under DMZ, notice that all AD authoization is lost but still could logon with local admin to access the Power BI web portal (http://hkhk1ws0126/Power_BI_Reports).
Noticed that if use Power BI Mobile app would need to install on Windows Server 2016, then jump to use Safari (http://[Public IP]/Power_BI_Reports) in iPhone 7 to test the connection. Luckily, it could be logon with local admin but display authoziation issue cannot access the folder and reports as well.
What is the root cause not able to access the folder and reports after logon with Power BI server administrator in browser under mobile device ?
Last screen shot is the cannot access the content in web portal under mobile device.
Please check if you are able to view the http://[Public IP]/Power_BI_Reports in computer rather than iphone firstly. When you connect to Power BI report server in iphone, please type the complete user account HKHK1WS0126\hkappadm.

I check on my laptop under company network logon with my own AD profile also see the same error as iPhone 7 even Power BI Web Portal logon with HKHK1WS0126\hkappadm.
So does resolve the AD issue logon on Power BI Server under DMZ so logon own AD profile would resolve this issue ?
Or any other way to resolve ?
