Power BI Reports stopped working after certificate expiration

Power BI Desktop - Version: 2.51.4885.1041 64-bit (October 2017)
Power BI Report Server - Version 1.1.6514.9163 (October 2017)

I've had an instance up and working since October with no major issues. The certificate this was initially setup with recently expired. During the time the certificate was expired, the report server worked for KPI's and RDL's, just with the browser warning up front about the expired cert. The Power BI Reports didn't work while the cert was expired. I requested and received a new certificate from our CA. I installed it, and ran the report server configuration manager to update the Web Service and Portal to the new certificate.

Now the RDL's, KPI's and other report server items work (as they did before) but the Power BI Reports still do not. Cannot upload a PBIX file, cannot open or run existing reports. Keeps coming back with a "Something went wrong. Please try again later" message. If I try to upload a new PBIX file, I get "There was an error uploading your .pbix file. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file." or "An error occurred while attempting to save the report to Power BI Report Server" when I attempt to save from Power BI Desktop.

I have tried both http and https, with the same errors. I've double checked in the netsh http utility that all the URL's are reserved (and under user NT SERVICE\PowerBIReportServer) and the certificate is bound to the IP and Port. Attempts to upload don't register an error in any log file. I'm at a loss. The only thing that changed was the original certificate expired.
