Hi All,
I would be using a SQL Server table which has all the necessary measures along with dimensions( it also has a column that says which windows login user id it belongs to). Now I need to pull this in PBIRS and display rows based on this column(windows_login user) How do I achieve this in PBIRS? Is this is what RLS is about? Can I not implement it at PBIRS level?
TableA:
Sales Department Login
100 cccc abc\dmn
60 ddd xyz\dmn
30 cccc abc\dmn
So, when abc logins into PBIRS he should see 2 rows(130-Total sales) from Table A.
