Hello all,
My company is going to install SQL Server Enterprise Edition 2019 with Software Assurance. We are doing this mainly as we need to get access to the on-premises reporting - Power BI Report Server.
Once we install the SQL Server in the dektop, I require guidance on the installation/ configuration process for Power BI.
Can anyone please provide a step by step guide on what to do once the SQL Server is installed by Microsoft Vendor in the system? How do you access the Power BI Report Server from there?
Also, will we have access to SSRS on the SQL Server as well? How is SSRS reporting different from Power BI Report Server?
Thanks in advance!

Please refer to the the step by step guide to configure the server:
Install And Configure Power BI Report Server Step By Step (devoworx.com)
You can install both server, they have a slight difference. Basically power BI is comparatively more graphical and modern, whereas SSRS requires more time and manual effort to analyze data and generate reports.

And it is worth to know that you can migrate reports from SSRS to PBIRS that requires Power BI Premium license.
