Power BI Report Server installation error (vers. May 2019)

Hi,

I'm trying to install Power BI Report Server on Win Server 2012 with no success. I'm still receiving the same error:

I've seen a lot of blogs on this, but all suggestions seems to be useless...

Taking a view on Event Viewer I see some messages:
