Power BI Certification error Server address isn't valid while trying to connect through IOS device

Hi Team ,

we are getting below error while user is trying to connect Power BI server through his iPad (Company's device) , it working fine when we connects through  company laptop.  please any suggestions

"Server address isn't valid

The certficate for this server is invalid

you might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be "biprod" which could put your cofidential information at risk

verify the address is a report server and try again"

This is probably because you have certificate authentication on your server and that certificate is on your computer but not on your ipad.

This is not really a Report Server specific issue.

It sounds like the iOS device does not trust the certificate authority which issued the certificate for your Report Server. So you either need to get your IT department to push out the root certificate to the device or you need to purchase a certificate from one of the public certificate providers (which iOS would already trust) and used that on your Report Server
