Permissions required to run a data refresh

We are using Power BI Desktop (Report Server) (May 2020) and Power BI Report Server (May 2020).

I have created a report and the testers would like to have the ability to refresh the data in the report after adding/modifying/removing data at the source. I have created a scheduled refresh plan and to refresh the data in the report, I choose the scheduled refresh plan and then click on the "Refresh now" button.

I am tring to create a role with minimal permissions to do this so I could add the testers to the role. I have created a role with "Manage individual subscriptions" and "Manage all subscriptions" tasks. However, the tester is not able to access "manage" in order to get to the "Scheduled Refresh" page. Is it possible to create a security role with permissions only to refresh the data of a specified report without having more powerful permissions?

Hi, someone found something on this subject?  I need to give the right to execute Schedule Task to a non (content manager) user.

Did you ever get this figured out? We're trying to grant a service account permissions to use the PBIRS API so it can refresh schedules when our data loads finish and I can't figure this out short of giving them permissions to manage all the reporting on the server.
