PBI Report Server doesn't render correct color for field with a report action

Created a paginated report with a report action to drillthrough to a child report. Customer is asking for us to color this field as blue to signify to users that the field can be clicked on to navigate to the child report. Looks good within SSDT, but when the report renders on the Power BI Report Server, the font color is still black. 

We colored a different field blue that did not have a report action. That field rendered as expected. It only seems to not work on fields that have actions.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue in Power BI report server version 14.0.600.301. Which Power BI report server version did you run? Please try the same version as us to test again.

Besides, you can download the report use Edit in report builder to check if the action textbox actually has font color formatted. When the font set as Blue color, save the report to report server again. Back to the web portal, run the report to see if the setting is lost.
