I have deployed on-premises solution, pls guide what are administrative task to main on-premises implementation. 

how i backup my environment, how can i make my implementation High Availalbe.

You need to back up your encryption key using the Report Server Configuration Manager (this only needs to be done once)

Then you need to periodically back up the Report Server SQL database using whatever you normally use for SQL Server database backups
