On-Premise Gateway not available in Power BI Service

I have created my pibx file and published it to Power BI Service, however, I cannot change my gateway to move this from my personal gateway to my companies On-Premise Gateway. 

The selection has been greyed out. 

My Parent Company was the group who created the access to Power BI Server via a Cloud Portal and I was wondering the reason I cannot select the On-Premise Gateway was due to them blocking access.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this issue.

Do you see the gateway when you go to manage gateway on app.powerbi.com ?

Above are some screenshots from what I see, when I go to change the gateway, under schedule refresh.

Go to the top right corner of your screen there is a parameters wheel, click on it, then "Manage Gateways" 

If you see it, you will have to edit the parameters to use your connection ID

If you don't see it it's because your company didn't install the gateway correctly
