We developed report in Report Builder and published to PowerBi Server, it is publish sucessfully.

When I am trying to view the report in PowerbI Server web URL, report getting donwload and save instead of open in the web url.

Is there any way to view the report in Powerbi url instead of download?

Hi @Miruthan,

In my test, I could open SSRS report created with Report Builder on Power BI Report Server Web Portal. What is your PBI Report Server version?

Please try:

  • Refresh the Web Porttal page.
  • Reboot PBI Report Server service to see whether it works.
  • Directly upload rdl report to Report Server from Web Portal rather than publishing it from Report Builder, and check if you can view report online.

Best regards,

Yuliana Gu
